As a representative overseas catering furniture customization project of Bellavit, the “Mala Champagne” Hot Pot Restaurant was co-created with a U.S. design team. Centered on “Precise Adaptation, Personalized Fusion, and Efficient Delivery”, we oversaw the entire process from demand alignment, scheme refinement, prototyping to production and delivery. Seamlessly integrating the texture of LOFT retro industrial style with modern light luxury, the 280㎡ space not only meets the practical needs of hot pot catering but also becomes a iconic culinary landmark in Champaign, Illinois.

I. Cross-Border Collaboration: Accurately Decoding Needs & Optimizing Space Adaptation

In the initial phase, we deeply aligned with the creative vision of the U.S. design team, focusing on optimizing the scheme for the functional and stylistic needs of the hot pot restaurant. We adjusted the layout by accurately calculating ergonomic parameters such as booth width and table spacing to ensure smooth circulation; combined with the color requirements of the SU drawings, we quickly finalized a style-consistent color scheme through efficient collaboration with physical color samples and CAD detailed drawings.

II. Product Refinement: Dual Empowerment of Function & Aesthetics, Overcoming Customization Challenges

1. Core Furniture Customization: Balancing Adaptability & Texture

  • Dining Table Customization: Precisely matched hot pot equipment parameters to confirm opening dimensions and table height, adopting double-layer rock slab with embedded gold wire technology to balance durability and visual texture;
  • Dining Chair Customization: Optimized dimensions based on SU renderings, refined drawings for rapid prototyping, and the final result exceeded expectations after testing structural stability, comfort and proportional harmony;
  • Old Elm Wood Application: Selected high-quality wood, accurately defined retro color tone and wood grain texture to highlight the retro style.

2. Innovative Booth Design: Adapting to On-Site Installation Needs

Considering the characteristics of on-site partitions, we designed the booth backrest upholstery as a detachable structure, adopting an innovative staple fixing method. We provided installation guidance via video, significantly reducing assembly difficulty and ensuring efficient and accurate installation.

III. Mass Production & Cross-Border Delivery: Strict Quality Control & Efficient Implementation

After prototype confirmation, mass production began. Relying on Bellavit’s strong production capacity and quality control system, the project manager supervised the entire process, completing all products within 15 days with recognized texture and precision. After production, real-shot photos were provided for confirmation, and the goods were delivered to the designated freight forwarder’s warehouse with reinforced packaging.

After 35 days of cross-border transportation, the goods arrived safely at the site. We provided remote assistance for installation—most furniture was ready for use upon unpacking, and segmented booths were clearly marked for quick placement and space implementation.

IV. Project Achievement: Double Success in Reputation & Aesthetics

Upon completion, “Mala Champagne” Hot Pot Restaurant became a popular check-in spot in Champaign, thanks to the integration of LOFT retro industrial lines and modern light luxury details. The design team shared the joy of success with us.

The success of this cross-border collaboration demonstrates Bellavit’s professional strength in catering furniture customization and its ability to handle cross-cultural projects. Moving forward, the brand will adhere to the philosophy of “Craftsmanship Quality + Efficient Service”, continuing to empower domestic and foreign catering spaces to create exclusive furniture solutions that combine practicality and aesthetics.
