When “Flame Meets”, a restaurant focusing on Spanish wood-fired cuisine, approached us, its needs contained two core keywords: “outdoor garden solid teak texture” and “vacation relaxation”. The restaurant’s 600㎡ outdoor garden terrace has to face continuous rain during the southern plum rain season and intense sunlight in midsummer, while accurately undertaking the lazy atmosphere of “eating tapas in the sun and listening to the sizzle of grilled shrimps” — this time, we took fully customized outdoor teak restaurant furniture as the core, perfectly integrating durability and atmosphere to turn the ideal scene into a real feast.

4:Material Fusion of Retro Random Grain Stainless Steel: The circular sofa booth adopts an all-stainless steel structure, combined with random grain stainless steel glazing process and full laser cutting technology to ensure precise shaping; the cushion position is designed with invisible holes, so that the accumulated water in the soft bag can be smoothly discharged, creating a rich material collision between the relaxation of the soft body and the three-dimensional sense of stainless steel.

II. Grasping the Core of Atmosphere: Teak Tone Initiates the Relaxation Mode

“Yan Yu” pursues not cold outdoor restaurant furniture, but the lazy texture of the terrace in a Spanish coastal town, and the teak tone has become the key to the atmosphere. Verify the furniture structure, dimensional visual sense, seating comfort and seat height sponge softness through physical objects, and adjust and optimize according to the needs of the project party and the design party to lay a solid foundation for mass production.

On-Site Installation and Refine Every Detail: Assemble in modules according to the deepened drawings to ensure that the spacing of each chair and the curvature of each sofa group perfectly fit the curve of the terrace; adjust the legs of the teak tables and chairs by 2° according to the ground slope to achieve a stable and non-shaking use experience.

When the last teak chair was placed in position and the sunshade was slowly opened, it happened to be evening — the setting sun fell on the teak texture, and waiters shuttled around with wood-fired grilled shrimps.
